The Change That Works Academy Snapshot is a 90‑minute compact learning experience for professionals who are interested in the Change That Works Academy .

The session is designed as more than an information event. Participants experience selected principles, tools and ways of working that are part of the Academy, combined with reflection, dialogue and practical examples from real change projects. It offers meaningful input and fresh impulses that can be applied immediately — while at the same time providing a transparent insight into the learning approach and structure of the Academy.

The Snapshot gives you a taste of what it means to learn with ICG: hands‑on, experience‑based and closely connected to real transformation challenges.

What is the Change That Works Academy?

The Academy is a hands-on, Europe-wide learning journey with 4 in-person modules and 2 compact online sessions, starting in Fall 2026. Topics range from self-awareness and team dynamics, to organizations as social systems, process and workshop design, communication, and the role of the change expert.

Ideal for changemakers of all kinds: internal consultants, HR professionals, project managers and leaders.
