Engaged the entire executive board and five expert teams to drive alignment and ensure cross-functional input. Designed 30 digital projects, covering key areas like marketing, logistics, production (including sensor technology and robotics), and potential shifts in the business model. Focused on hands-on digital learning, equipping internal teams with knowledge about digital methods, tools, and emerging technologies.
