To support this shift, 10 branch and regional managers were given 100 days to achieve highly ambitious, top-management-defined targets—including doubling sales in financial services, turning around struggling branches, and significantly increasing revenue in philately. The challenge was not only to reach these results but also to drive cultural change, encourage new ways of working, and establish a learning-driven transformation process. Our approach Applied the Rapid Results approach, guiding managers in structured workshops to define and implement ambitious yet achievable goals. Enabled hands-on experimentation, allowing teams to test new sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Facilitated knowledge sharing, with project leaders meeting every three weeks to exchange insights and refine their approaches. Embedded transformation through leadership alignment, culminating in a large-scale review workshop with all executives to assess outcomes and define next steps.
